Payments and refunds

ScaleUp is free today

ScaleUp is free to use today. Nothing in the app is sold, and we take no payment of any kind.

A paid membership, later

A paid membership will be offered later, through the App Store. Its price will be shown in the app before anyone pays. Apple takes the payment, and we never see your card.

If yours is a founding account, as announced on scaleupapp.club when you joined, you keep free access for life.

Refunds

A purchase made through the App Store is refunded by Apple, under Apple's terms. We cannot refund it ourselves. To ask Apple for a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.

We take no payment outside the App Store. If anybody asks you to pay ScaleUp in any other way, it is not us. Tell us at admin@scaleupapp.club.

Stopping a membership

A membership that renews is stopped in your iPhone's Settings, under your Apple Account's subscriptions. Deleting your ScaleUp account does not stop an App Store payment, so stop it with Apple first.

Coins

Coins are earned by playing. They cannot be bought, they cannot be withdrawn, and they have no cash value. A contest entered with coins pays out coins, never money.
