Support

A person answers. Write to us and you will hear back within two working days.

Include the phone number you sign in with, your phone model, and the app version (your phone's Settings, then ScaleUp, shows it at the top). A screenshot helps.

Signing in

ScaleUp signs you in with your phone number and a one-time code sent by text message. There is no password.

The code has not arrived. Give it a minute, check the number you typed, then ask for a new code. If nothing comes after a second try, write to us with the number.
New phone. Sign in with the same number and everything is where you left it: your Score, your record, your coins.

Notifications

The daily case, duel invitations, tournament and contest starts, and the Sunday result each arrive as a notification, and each can be turned off in the app. If none arrive, check your phone's Settings, then ScaleUp, then Notifications, and that the app has permission.

Coins

Coins are earned by playing: the day's case, practice, and winning in the Arena. They are spent on duels, tournaments and contests. They are never for sale and are never paid out; a contest's pot is paid in the same coins.

Contests, duels and results

The contest rules say how a contest opens, plays and pays, including what happens when a contest does not fill. A duel nobody accepts in time expires on its own and your stake comes back. If a result looks wrong, write to us with the duel or contest and the time, and we will look at the record.

Your data and your account

What we hold and why is in the privacy policy. In the app, Your data shows everything we keep about you and has an export.

To delete your account, open Your data in the app and choose Delete my account. Your account and everything in it are deleted; the privacy policy says exactly what goes and when. If you cannot get into the app, write to us from the email or phone on the account and we will delete it for you.

Reporting a problem

If something in the app is wrong, broken, or worrying, tell us. If a player's name or photo is offensive, write to us with the name and where you saw it, and we will act under the community guidelines.
